Mike Gandolfo, Director

Mike is a property industry expert and sought-after authority on surveying.

He is a qualified Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and an active consultant in the development of a number of RICS best practice guides, including RICS: Property Measurements and RICS: Code of Measuring Practice.

In addition to this, Mike is recognised as an Area Reference Survey expert, ensuring the precise and accurate measurement of floor spaces to meet specific codes and standards.

Mike leads the Misura Geospatial team, assuring the operational performance of the company is maintained, as well as building and coaching both the office and field-based surveying team. Mike also leads on large scale and more challenging projects, from specialist buildings to volume planning applications.

Originally from Italy, Mike moved to the UK and joined Fourwalls Group in 2005, rising to Director. As founder of Misura Geospatial, his experience in strategy and planning, networking and knowledge of the survey industry has been an important part of the company’s growth and development.
