As the development approached its final stages, we were tasked to prepare Land Registry-compliant drawings for the Section 38 (highways) and Section 104 (drainage) agreements. The project required the adoption plans for both highways and drainage infrastructure to be carefully and clearly extracted from the original site master plan.

Using this master plan, together with the individual drawings we created, we were able to create compliant drawings that support the legal agreements between the developer, the adopting authorities and the relevant stakeholders.
